The mission of the Georgia State Golf Association is to promote and preserve the traditions and integrity of golf in Georgia and to enhance its enjoyment. The GSGA consists of approximately 350 Member Clubs - private, public, resort and associate - and more than 75,000 men and women.
Company Accomplishments
Among the services performed by the GSGA on behalf of its Member Clubs and their individual members are computerized golf handicap service within the principles outlined in the World Handicap System; course rating and measuring; a statewide competition program for men and women of all ages; a bi-monthly membership magazine, Golf Georgia; scholarship programs for Member Club employees and turfgrass students; and an interactive web site.
